The School of Computer Science's Institute for Professional Development was established in 1985 to assist both individuals and businesses in keeping pace with the rapid technological changes in the computer industry. We offer for-credit certificate programs in a number of subjects, with some programs designed to serve the experienced computing professional and other offerings designed for the non-programmer.
