The Bachelors of Arts. in Information Technology program will give students a broad education in current areas of information technology, with a focus on producing educated and sophisticated consumers of information technology. They will acquire:
- An understanding of the impact of information and communication technologies on social, cultural, and ethical dimensions.
- Strong quantitative and reasoning skills with the ability to present technical data in verbal, written, and graphical forms.
- Verbal and written communication literacy.
Students will also have an opportunity to specialize in a domain of interest or to acquire a generalized Information Technology education.
