Politically active students enjoy a wide array of options on campus, from College Democrats and Republicans to numerous human rights, advocacy and community-engagement organizations.
The full-time faculty gathers scholars with national and international reputations in American politics, political theory, international and comparative politics, public law, religion and politics, and politics and culture. The department supports a large internship program, offering paid and unpaid internships in law, government, advocacy and community groups, in a variety of areas and communities.
