School of Education Certificate Programs

  • Teaching Certificate: Students completing teaching certificates are eligible for federal student loans. As a teaching certificate student you are considered a fifth-year undergraduate student and must register for a minimum of six credit hours per term in order to be eligible. As a fifth-year undergraduate student you may be eligible to borrow up to $3,500 per term in federal loans. Please refer to the Applying for Aid section for information on the application process.
  • Educational Leadership Certificate: students completing this certificate are not eligible for federal, state or university financial aid. Please review Alternative Financing and Payment Plans for other options.
