H1N1 Vaccine Available to All DePaul Students 11/06/09

Dear Students,
IMPORTANT UPDATE!

DePaul has received an additional batch of H1N1 vaccine and will provide it to ANY STUDENT during today's (Friday, November 6, 2009) distribution. The vaccination clinic is currently underway and will be open to all students presenting a student ID until 5 p.m. today at the DePaul Student Health Center, SAGE, 1150 W. Fullerton Ave.

There is no charge for the vaccination. However, a DePaul student ID is required. Students under 18 will need permission from their parent or legal guardian to receive the vaccine.

Further H1N1 flu vaccine updates will be sent by e-mail and posted on DePaul's home page at www.depaul.edu/campusNotice.asp if additional clinics will be scheduled in the future.
