University Marketing now offers an expanded array of services for non-recruitment communications projects. New services include marketing consultations and free graphic design. Some processes have changed. Read on to learn more.

Non-Recruitment Communications Projects

What services are offered?

For stationery orders, contact Laurie Melvin in Procurement at 2-8696.

For high-volume copying or mail services, contact Distribution Services directly.

How long will my project take?
We’ll always do our best to meet your deadline. However, it’s important to give us sufficient lead time to complete your project, and others in the queue, in a professional and timely manner.

For large projects, allow at least 12 weeks from start to finish.

For smaller projects, allow at least 4-5 weeks from start to finish.

How do I start a project?
Please complete the Project Intake Form to request assistance with your project. After submitting the form, your project will be put in queue (in order of receipt). A project manager will contact you with any questions regarding the information you have provided.

If you are producing items with the DePaul logo or signature, please contact Beth Roman at 2-7172 for approved logo files and to ensure compliance with trademark requirements.

If you are producing items using athletic logos, please contact Karen Loiacono, director of Sports Marketing and Licensing, at 5-7528.
