My name is Claudia Guzman and I am currently a sophomore at DePaul University majoring in secondary education with a concentration in history. I am from the South-side of Chicago, and I attended De LaSalle Institute for high school. I love getting involved and staying active. Currently at DePaul I am involved in Blue Crew, U-Min, Greek Life, and hopefully Jumpstart. This is my first year as a Bridge mentor and I really look forward to it.

My name is Melody Johnson and I am a third year student. My major is accounting and finance with a minor in sales leadership. I am a former college bridge student, as I began the program in 2003 at Daley College. The last three college bridge classes I took were at DePaul University. Taking these bridge classes helped me save money and gain exposure to the college environment. I am now an active member of NABA and the DePaul Investment Club. This is my second year as a mentor and I look forward to being a mentor again this year.

My name is Jessica Salazar and I am majoring in accounting with a minor in business administration. I enjoy participating in all of the organizations DePaul has to offer such as STARS and this year I plan on joining DALE as well. This will be my first year as a college bridge mentor and I am excited about helping students with their first college experience. I love to listen to music and I love helping others.

My name is Carlos Jimenez and I'm the first in my family to attend college. I was also a participant in the Chicago Bridge Program at DePaul while I attended Curie H.S. in my youthful days. This is my third year at DePaul and I am a double major in Communications: Radio, TV, Film and in CTI: Digital Cinema. I am employed at DePaul's Writing Center where I provide undergraduate students guidance in writing. I enjoy writing screenplays and taking part in film productions.
