STUDENT RECORDS, SYSTEMS AND SERVICES
The Student Records, Systems and Services strategy group involves the systems and operations that provide information management that is central to many activities within the division, as well as services that assist students with the core administrative details of their education at DePaul. The following areas fall within this strategy group:
Student Records (previously known as ARC) provides professional and student-centered management of registration processes, student records and systems.
- DePaul Central is an integrated student services concept encompassing four key service areas: Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Payment Center and Student Registration and Records. It also integrates online, phone and in-person services for students.
Enrollment Systems & Operations develops and manages the technologies and systems that support enrollment services, including PeopleSoft, EMAS, digital document imaging and online functions such as the SmartApp.
