The mission of the Student Support Services (SSS) program is to provide enhanced academic and other support services to undergraduate DePaul students who are low-income, first-generation and students with disabilities to guide them through the timely completion of a baccalaureate degree. The goal of SSS is to increase the college retention and graduation rates of its participants and help students make the transition from one level of higher education to the next.
Student Support Services at DePaul University is a U.S. Department of Education TRiO Program supported by $278,997 (84%) federal funds and $53,277 (16%) in university funds for the 2010-2011 academic year.
