Associate Vice President for Career and Money Management
Carol Montgomery, associate vice president, has been with DePaul since 2000. The strategic initiatives Carol has provided leadership and direction for include aligning Student Employment with the Career Center, instituting the University Internship and Co-op Programs, building a network of experienced alumni mentors for current students and recent alumni and developing the Financial Fitness Program for students. Carol also developed metrics-based measures for the Career Center that have become a model for other areas in the university. She has presented at national conferences on developing metrics and the synergy between alumni and career offices, experiential education and internship program development.
