Jane McGrath

Assistant Vice President
for Division Planning and Management


Jane McGrath serves as the assistant vice president for Division Planning and Management and has primary oversight of division-wide planning, staffing, budgeting and communications.

In her role, much of Jane's efforts are focused on talent management and human resources related affairs for the more than 250 employees within the division. She directs employee communications, organizational planning and staff development. Jane also reports the progress of the division's goals, initiatives and resource allocations, in the context of DePaul's VISION twenty12 strategic plan.

Jane has 28 years of experience in higher education, 22 of which have been with DePaul. Prior to joining the Division of Enrollment Management and Marketing, Jane served in several Student Affairs positions including the director of the Career Center and the director of Student Accounts. Prior to coming to DePaul, Jane was at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and worked in the areas of residence life, admission, retention and alumni relations. She earned a bachelor of science in elementary education and a master's degree in counseling and student personnel services from Creighton University.
