The Quad and St. Vincent's Circle

Located between Richardson Library, Schmidt Academic Center, McGowan Sciences Center North and University Hall, the Quad is one of the most popular spots on campus. Students often gather to study, hang out or throw a baseball here. Many activities sponsored by the Office of Student Life also take place on the Quad.

Directly off the Quad and adjacent to Richardson Library is St. Vincent’s Circle, which features a life-sized bronze statue of St. Vincent DePaul conversing with two students. St. Vincent’s Circle provides a reflective, calm atmosphere for students in need of a quiet space.
