Most important thing I’ve learned so far in my major:
Politics are not black and white; there is a lot of gray area that needs to be looked at contextually.
Biggest goal in life:
To host my own political talk show.
Favorite place at DePaul:
St. Vincent de Paul Circle between the SAC and Richardson Library.
Love going to school in Chicago:
Because the city is my playground!
I’ve always wanted to:
Go base jumping into the Cave of Swallows in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
Best snack on campus:
The chocolate cheesecake muffins at Brownstones… enough said!
Best place to study on campus:
The Quad is definitely the coolest place to be on a sunny day.
I'm not much of an artist, but I love to paint.
Working in the Undergraduate Admission Office:
Gives me a great opportunity to share my DePaul experience with prospective students.
Most enjoyable thing about giving campus tours:
Getting the chance to see campus through the fresh eyes of my tour group.
Favorite little-known fact about DePaul:
During my campus tours, I like to tell the story about the origin of the name we give to our athletic teams, the Blue Demons. When the first athletic team to represent DePaul was organized, the monogram "D" was selected for their uniforms. From this came the nickname "D-men," which then evolved into "Demons."
