MY OFFICIAL OFFICE HOURS ARE:

Monday and Wednesday - 11:00 - 1:00
Tuesday and Thursday - Noon-3:00
Or by arrangement.

In truth I am available well beyond those hours.

During the Winter and Spring Quarters of 2000 I have classes Monday and Wednesday from 1:10-3:10 and Tuesday and Thursday from 3:10-5:00.  Otherwise, I am generally in my office and happy to meet unless I have a prior appointment scheduled.
 
 

TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT:

IN WRITING:  The most efficient way to make an appointment with me is to sign up on the schedules posted on the door of my office.  These are always the most accurate and up to date versions of my life.  You may sign up for any time period that is not grayed out or already claimed and consider your appointment confirmed.  In the event that you are signing up for an early appointment for the next day after I have left the office, you may be taking a chance.

BY PHONE:  You may call my office and leave a message detailing the date and time you would like to meet.  It would be convenient if you would offer more than one option.  Please leave a number where I can return your call to confirm the appointment.

BY E-MAIL:  You may send me an e-mail requesting specific dates and times and I will reply to confirm.

BY HOLLERING:  You may attempt to make an appointment with me by stopping me in the hall, but until I check my door for conflicts and you have confirmed that I have written the appointment down do not assume that the appointment has been scheduled.
