In the Geography minor program, you will learn how to apply methods such as observation, visualization, analysis and modeling to explain the spatial relationships between people and their physical environments.​

Course Requirements​

Students majoring in Geography (BA) or minoring in Geography Nature-Society Studies or Urban Geography and Planning are restricted from earning this minor.

PHYSICAL GEOGRAPHY

An introduction to the spatial aspects of the Geosystem consisting of the inter-related systems of the Atmosphere (air), Lithosphere (solid earth), Hydrosphere (water), and the Biosphere (living organisms).
