Express yourself through costume design

The Theatre School’s Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Costume Design gives you the opportunity to develop your artistic vision while gaining the practical experience needed to succeed as a professional costume designer. The program is modeled after the working process of a professional designer, helping you learn how to visualize the world of a play through the clothing and garments worn by actors.

You will collaborate closely with directors, dramaturgs, fellow designers, technicians, and professional costume shop staff as you bring costume concepts to life. Through this program, you will build the creative, technical, and professional skills needed to express storytelling through costume design in theatre and entertainment environments.
