Courses are offered in the evening on the Loop Campus or online. The program can be completed in two years and one additional quarter (including one summer) by following a schedule of two classes per quarter.

On-Campus Degree Option

The on-campus Master of Nonprofit Management (MNM) offers a dynamic, in-person learning experience in the heart of Chicago. Classes are held at DePaul’s Loop Campus and are offered Monday through Thursday evenings, allowing you to build a schedule that fits your professional and personal commitments. In-person classes seamlessly support meaningful discussion, professional networking, and hands-on learning alongside peers. Students in the on-campus program also have the flexibility to enroll in online courses during quarters when a more remote schedule is helpful, offering the best of both formats while maintaining consistent learning outcomes across the program.

Online Degree Option

The online Nonprofit Management (MNM) from DePaul’s College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences offers small class sizes and is taught by the same award-winning faculty you'll find on campus. Tailored to meet the needs of your busy schedule, you'll achieve the same learning outcomes as in-person classes through collaborative and engaged learning.

Gain hands-on experience in the field

DePaul’s close ties to Chicago’s nonprofit organizations make it easy for you to get the real-world experience you need. For a career in the nonprofit, public and private sectors, you’ll find many organizations within walking distance of our Loop Campus, including Chicago Community Trust, Rotary International, World Relief and YMCA of the USA.
