Fall Quarter - 2026
International Student Orientation is mandatory for all F-1 and J-1 exchange Undergraduate, Graduate & Transfer students.
Arrival Orientation Dates:

Undergraduate International Student Orientation:TBD
Arrival Orientation Registration: Registration for international student orientation takes place in your DePaul Graduate Gateway (graduate students) or Blue Demon Domain (undergraduate students). The registration will open 10 weeks before the start of your first term at DePaul University.
Airport Welcome: Before each Fall term, we will have a team of student volunteers at the Chicago O'Hare Airport from 8am - 8pm to greet new students and help them find a taxi on specific dates.
- This online pre-arrival orientation will be available approximately 10 weeks before your program start date and can be accessed shortly after your I-20 or DS-2019 has been issued by DePaul.
- Complete the mandatory D2L pre-arrival orientation before attending on-campus orientation.
