How to Apply

Transfer admission is offered on a rolling basis. You may apply and submit transcripts any time up to your intended start date, with reviews starting up to a year in advance. Most transfer students can begin in any quarter, but applicants to the School of Music and The Theatre School are considered for fall admission only.

Submit Your Application

Your required documents depend on your age and how many college credits you have earned:

23 and younger	24+ total semester credits	No
23 and younger	23 or fewer total semester credits	Yes
24 and older	12+ total semester credits	No
24 and older	11 or fewer total semester credits	Yes

To request official transcripts, contact the registrar or records office at your previous institution. DePaul accepts transcripts and test scores as official only if they are:

Sent directly from your school’s registrar to DePaul.
Originals (not faxed or unofficial).
Sealed, if issued to the student.

Need to Make Changes to Your Application?
1. Log in to your Blue Demon Domain account. If you have more than one application, select the one you want and click “Open Application.”
2. Review your checklist, anything marked “Awaiting” still needs action.
3. Click “Update Application” under Account Tools to make changes.
