BIO

​​Alexander Bolden joined DePaul Law in 2024. He currently serves as an adjunct professor of law and assistant director of the Business Law Clinic.

Prior to joining DePaul, he worked in private practice where he represented investment funds and their investors in a wide variety of transactions. He has experience in a broad range of matters including portfolio investments, co-investments, secondary transactions, fund formation, governance and venture capital. His transactional work encompassed negotiating and preparing deal documents for domestic and international transactions. He is admitted to practice in the states of Illinois and Ohio.​
