BIO

Prior to joining DePaul Law, Allison I. Ortlieb worked for the Cook County Office of the Public Guardian. She represented abused and neglected children in court proceedings in the Circuit Court of Cook County for several years before joining the office's appeals division. She has argued before both the Illinois Appellate and Supreme Courts. Ortlieb's research interests include Constitutional law, children's rights and Native American law.
