BIO

Brian Dodds is an appellate attorney whose practice has focused on environmental and energy law.  After graduating from Chicago-Kent, he clerked for Justice Mary Mikva and Judge Celia Gamrath before practicing in two Chicago-based firms in the environmental litigation and regulatory space. He currently works at the Illinois Commerce Commission as appellate counsel, defending the Commission's rulings on electric, gas and water utility regulation in Illinois.
