Chelsea Valente is general counsel of the Cryptocurrency Education Initiative, a nonprofit dedicated to financial literacy. She currently focuses on digital assets, financial technology and emerging regulatory issues. She frequently writes and lectures on cryptocurrency and digital asset law, with a focus on evolving regulatory frameworks. Valente clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
