BIO

Erin is the executive director of advising services for the College of Science and Health. She leads the team of staff academic advisors and supports faculty advising efforts for students from new student orientation through graduation. In addition to her role as director, Erin is the staff academic advisor for chemistry and biochemistry majors.

Over the years, she has advised all majors across CSH and has worked closely with the Pathways Honors Program. Prior to joining the College of Science and Health, Erin was an academic advisor for transfer students in the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at DePaul and an academic advisor for first year science majors and exploratory students at St. John’s University in Queens, NY. In addition to advising, Erin serves on several college committees including the pre-health advising committee and advising committee. She also helps to manage the CSH Instagram page.

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Erin holds a Bachelor of Science from Northern Michigan University, a Master of Arts from St. John’s University, and a Master of Education from DePaul. She has worked in higher education for over two decades in various positions in student affairs, housing and residence life, and academic advising.

In her free time, Erin loves to be active outdoors, read, and spend time with friends and family.
