Hanan Malik is deputy director of attorney recruiting, professional development and diversity at the Office of the Illinois Attorney General. She previously served as an assistant attorney general in the OAG's Consumer Fraud and General Law Bureaus. Since graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2014, she has held various public interest positions where she has litigated and tried cases in administrative court, state court and federal court, including appeals before the First District of Illinois and the Seventh Circuit. Her legal interests include conducting trials, constitutional issues and public policy, including immigration rights and reproductive justice.
