Dr. Katz is an Industrial & Organizational Psychologist with research interests broadly considering proactivity at work. Aligned with his interest in the natural environment, Dr. Katz studies pro-environmental behavior at work which are considered a form of organizational citizenship. Additionally, his research lab studies feedback interactions between supervisors and their subordinates. Dr. Katz teaches PSY 105 and various graduate seminars on I/O topics.
