Jill Nyhof Rodriguez
BIO
Jill Nyhof Rodriguez joined DePaul University in 2017 and currently serves as project manager for the DePaul Migration Collaborative. Prior to this role, she was associate director of the International Student and Scholar Services Office.
A proud DePaul Double Demon, Jill earned her bachelor’s degree in Arabic studies and community service studies and her master’s degree in refugee and forced migration studies. Her academic and professional focus on migration and development has taken her abroad to Spain, Guatemala and Jordan.
Before joining DePaul, Jill worked at RefugeeOne in Chicago, where she managed resettlement cases for newly arrived refugees, primarily from Eastern Africa and Syria, and provided support and interpretation for asylum seekers from Cuba and Central America.
