Kate Golden

Kate has served as an Assistant Director of Pre-Health Advising in DePaul University’s College of Science and Health since the summer of 2025. She advises undergraduate and post-baccalaureate pre-health students, and also serves as the main advisor for the Pathways Honors Program. Originally from the northern Chicago suburbs, Kate is a first-generation college student who earned her Master's degree in College Student Personnel Administration from Eastern Illinois University, and a Bachelor's degree in Women's Studies and Spanish from Western Illinois University. She has worked as an academic advisor at various institutions since 2017, and enjoys the opportunity to serve students in their course planning, career preparation, and student development.
