BIO

Katherine Schostok is a supervisory attorney at the Social Security Administration Office of Hearing Operations. She previously served for seven years as executive director of DePaul Law's Mary and Michael Jaharis Health Law Institute, and she is currently an adjunct professor at DePaul Law and UIC Law in the areas of health care fraud and abuse, the structure of the health care enterprise, professional and institutional liability, and health care reform. Schostok is widely published in the areas of health law, risk management, health care technology and health care regulation.
