BIO

​​Katie Polak is an assistant public defender/attorney supervisor with the Cook County Public Defender's Office. She has served as an assistant public defender since 2007, including seven years with the Cook County Public Defender's Felony Trial Division. Polak has been an adjunct professor at DePaul College of Law since 2017 and is a certified NITA instructor.​
