Kelly Greening

Kelly Greening is associate general counsel at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago, where she focuses primarily on regulatory issues, privacy, security and digital health. Prior to joining Lurie Children's, Greening was a federal prosecutor in the United States Attorney's Office for almost nine years where, most recently, she served as deputy chief of financial crimes and criminal health care fraud coordinator. In that role, Greening supervised criminal health care matters in the office and investigated and prosecuted complex health care-related and other financial fraud schemes. Greening also previously served as staff attorney for the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Greening graduated summa cum laude from DePaul University College of Law, where she was a Public Interest Honors Scholar and a member of DePaul Law Review.
