Maria Ayala

Maria Ayala supports the assistant dean of academic operations with day-to-day functions, including course scheduling coordination, hiring of part-time faculty and adjuncts, communicating with part-time faculty, and obtaining and maintaining personnel records.
Maria works closely with several College of Law offices, including the Business Office, Operations and Student Affairs, as well as other University departments such as Academic Affairs and Human Resources. She also assists the associate dean for academic affairs and strategic initiatives with special projects and other law school operations as needed. In addition to managing the student clerks in the dean’s suite, she ensures the space runs efficiently and remains a welcoming environment for faculty, staff, students and guests.
