Mark Watychowicz
BIO
Mark J. Watychowicz is the deputy bureau chief in the Land Acquisition Bureau at the Office of the Illinois Attorney General. He previously served as an assistant chief counsel at the Illinois Department of Transportation. Prior to entering the public sector, Watychowicz owned and managed a law firm specializing in real estate transactions.
Before joining the adjunct faculty at DePaul Law, Watychowicz taught courses in Property Law and Business Law. He also has served on the Disability Law and Education Law Committees of the Illinois State Bar Association. In addition, he received a Certificate of Recognition from the Harper College Access and Disability Services Department for his work supporting and advocating for students with disabilities.
