BIO

Professor Max N. Helveston joined DePaul in 2011. At Yale Law School, he was a Coker Fellow, editor of the Yale Law Journal, and editor-in-chief of the Yale Journal of Health Policy, Law & Ethics. Prior to joining DePaul Law, he clerked for the Hon. Richard D. Cudahy, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and worked as a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins LLP. 

Professor Helveston’s teaches and writes in the areas of consumer protection, insurance, health and commercial law. His work has recently appeared in the Georgia Law Journal, Washington University Law Review, and New York University Journal of Law & Business.
