BIO

Michael Jacobs is an emeritus distinguished research professor of law at DePaul University and an internationally recognized expert in antitrust and competition law. His articles on those topics have appeared, among other places, in the Yale Law Journal, Northwestern Law Review, Minnesota Law Journal, William & Mary Law Review, Antitrust Law Journal, Indiana Law Journal, Journal of Competition Law & Economics, Columbia Business Law Review, and Berkeley Technology Law Journal. His work has been cited in two separate opinions of the United States Supreme Court. In 2000, he was the Fulbright Distinguished Chair for Italy. Professor Jacobs holds faculty positions at the University of New South Wales and Melbourne University, and is an honorary professor at Shandong University Law School in China. He lectures and consulted extensively in the United States, Australia, Southeast Asia and China.
