BIO

Monu Bedi joined DePaul Law as an assistant professor and was promoted to associate professor in 2015. Prior to joining the faculty, Professor Bedi served as a Bruce R. Jacob Visiting Assistant Professor at Stetson Law School. Before entering academia, Professor Bedi clerked for the Honorable Laura Taylor Swain of the Southern District of New York and served as a Navy JAG where he prosecuted sailors accused of crimes ranging from drug possession to attempted murder. He also served as an associate in the Government Enforcement group at Ropes & Gray in Boston. While at Harvard Law School he was a senior editor for the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review
