Natalie Holzhauer

Natalie Holzhauer is an Adjunct Faculty for the School of Continuing and Professional Studies. She became a Registered Dietitian after completing her education at Eastern Illinois University. She brings more than 10 years of experience in higher education, nutrition counseling, sports nutrition, and corporate wellness. Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Natalie now lives in San Antonio, Texas, with her husband and two children.
