BIO

Olya Glantsman, PhD, is a community psychologist focused on improving academic settings for students, faculty, and staff. Her current projects include better understanding and addressing basic needs security (e.g., food and housing) and mental wellness on campus as well as exploring the use of technology and AI in higher education. Dr. Glantsman is an active member of the Society for Community Research and Action (SCRA) and serves as Chief Editor of the Global Journal of Community Psychology Practice (GJCPP). Through research, leadership, and mentorship, she bridges scholarship and practice to foster inclusive spaces for growth and empowerment.
