Biography

Ryszard Koziel is a Ph.D. Candidate in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology at Saint Louis University. He received his B.S. in psychology from Iowa State University. He is part-time faculty in the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship at DePaul University.

His research focuses on occupational health, specifically precarious work, the work-nonwork and work-family interface, and work across the lifespan. He integrates perspectives from organizational science, industrial-organizational psychology, public health, and labor-oriented scholarship to research these topics.

His applied experience includes an occupational health internship through the Occupational Health Internship Program (OHIP), as well as prior work in a human resources internship and a health professions education research assistantship.

His scholarship has appeared in peer-reviewed journals and chapters in edited volumes. He has presented at occupational health and organizational psychology conferences.
