BIO

Before joining DePaul, Professor Greenberger was as a corporate litigator with Irell & Manella in Los Angeles and clerked for Honorable Richard Cudahy, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. His areas of expertise are civil procedure, employment law, and disability rights. Professor Greenberger founded and supervises a clinical project assisting persons with disabilities in securing their rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
