BIO

Steven L. Wiser joined DePaul Law in 2018. Prior to joining DePaul, he was the trademark clinic director at the University of Illinois Chicago John Marshall Law School and worked in private practice. In private practice, he focused on international and domestic intellectual property and business litigation and transactional matters. His transactional work encompassed negotiating and preparing intellectual property and related business agreements and related information technology agreements encompassing U.S. and European privacy law matters.

He is admitted to practice in the states of Illinois and New York and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Illinois. He also is a member of the Federal Trial Bar and admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
