BIO

Tim Arnold’s purpose is to increase self-efficacy in each individual and the collective efficacy of educators. He has led multiple school- and district-level continuous improvement efforts focused on student results. As a principal, his schools earned the Illinois Academic Excellence Award (2008, 2009, & 2010) and the Illinois Academic Improvement Award (2006). As a superintendent, he has led multiple strategic plans and successfully implemented district-wide PLC models in two districts. He has presented on implementing a district-wide PLC model at the state level.

Arnold has earned the Human Capital Leaders in Education (pHCLE) certification through AASPA and holds the Chief School Business Official (CSBO) endorsement. He served as a leadership coach for superintendents in the IASA School for Advanced Leadership (2018 – 2026).
