Keep in mind that once a loan has been disbursed, our ability to make adjustments is limited. If we are able to reduce or cancel your loan after disbursement, it could create a balance on your student account.
Request to Adjust Federal Student Loans
This form is for students, to request adjustments to their Subsidized, Unsubsidized, or Grad PLUS Loans. Students can request a reduction, cancellation, request a refund return, or submit a grade level increase to have their loan eligibility updated.

Request to Adjust Federal Parent PLUS Loans
This form is for parents to request adjustments, such as reductions, cancellations, reallocations or return of refunds for their Federal Parent PLUS Loan. Students are not permitted to sign or submit this form. If your parent is accessing our electronic forms for the first time, they will need to create an account on the Dynamic Forms website. When registering, your parent should use the name and email address associated with their PLUS Loan application.
