Spring Visit Day is April 26. All prospect​ive undergraduate students are invited for a one-day overview of everything DePaul has to offer. You’ll go on a campus tour, talk with representatives from admission, financial aid, housing services and more.

Campus Visit Agenda

Information session. Sessions are led by an admission counselor that specializes in Freshman, Transfer, Adult or Graduate admissions.

Campus tour. Tours are student-led, giving you an opportunity to ask questions about life on at DePaul.

Customize it. If you’ve applied to DePaul and would like a more in-depth look at what your experience at DePaul may be like, we can coordinate a customized visit for you. Please note that customized visits must be requested at least three weeks in advance.

Admission Information Sessions and Campus Tours

Information sessions are offered at our Lincoln Park campus. Each session includes information about academics, student life and the admission process. Following your session, you have the option to take a campus tour — to give you a better feel for what campus life is like. We also offer tours of our downtown (Loop) campus.

Customizing Your Visit

If you’ve applied to DePaul, you may add one or many of our “a la carte” options to your visit, including: 


  • Class observation 
  • Individual meeting with a faculty member
  • Meeting with an admission counselor

Spotlight Programs

The gaqCollege of Computing and Digital Media and the gaqCollege of Science and Health sponsor quarterly spotlight sessions for specific undergraduate programs. Visit program-specific labs and classrooms. Learn about the application and admission process. And hear from faculty and current students about their experiences in your college of interest.

Undergraduate Transfer

Admission Information Sessions and Campus Tours

We offer admission information sessions at our Lincoln Park, downtown (Loop) and suburban campuses. Each session includes information about academic programs, the transfer admission process, credit transfer and scholarship opportunities. Following your information session, you’ll have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with an admission counselor. We also offer campus tours of our Lincoln Park and downtown (Loop) campuses — to give you a better feel of what campus life is like.

Admission Counseling Appointments

Schedule an appointment with an admission counselor to discuss your academic plans and review your previous coursework and transfer credits. Call (312) 362-8300 for scheduling.

Accelerated Transfer Admission (ATA) Days

Meet with an admission counselor who will review your application and give you an admission decision by the end of your appointment. 


You must bring official transcripts in a sealed envelope from all colleges or universities you have attended. If you have less than 30 semester (44 quarter) hours of transferable credit, you must also bring your high school transcript and ACT/SAT scores. Learn more about ATA days.

Adult Undergraduate

We offer Adult Undergraduate admission information sessions at the downtown (Loop), O’Hare, Naperville and Oak Forest campuses, as well as online. Each session includes information about academic programs, the admission process, credit transfer and earning credit for life experience

Graduate Students

Our colleges and graduate programs offer specific information sessions, tours and open houses for prospective and accepted graduate students. Use our online event calendar to find and gaqschedule an admission event for your program of interest.

Group Visits and Tours

We welcome groups of students from high schools, outreach and access programs, as well as other community-based organizations.

Visits must be requested two weeks in advance. Submit your request gaqonline to work with a coordinator to create an experience that supports your goals.
