Admission Information Sessions and Campus Tours
Our admission information sessions, led by an admission counselor, provide an opportunity for prospective students and their families to learn more about academics, student life and the admission process at DePaul. Each Lincoln Park information session lasts one hour and is followed by a campus tour. We also offer Loop Campus tours, for more information see below. Customized Visits
If you are a student who has applied to DePaul and are looking for a more in-depth look at what we have to offer, the Office of Admission can coordinate a customized visit to meet your needs. A customized visit can include an overnight stay, campus tour, class observation and/or an individual meeting with faculty. Customized visits are offered two weeks after the start of each quarter Monday – Thursday; overnights offered Sunday – Wednesday evening. Customized visits are available during the academic year when classes are in session with the exception of mid-terms and finals week.

Group Visits and Tours
DePaul welcomes many groups of students from high schools, outreach and access programs, as well as other community-based organizations. Our coordinators will work with you to ensure that the messaging for our presentation and tour support your goals for the visit. Skype with an Admission Counselor
Using Skype and a webcam, prospective undergraduate freshman, transfer, or adult students can speak to an admission counselor from home or school. Appointments are available most days between 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (CST). Please contact us at (773) 325-7500.

Advising Appointments

With an individual advising appointment, you and an admission counselor can discuss your academic plans and review your previous coursework and transfer credits at length. Call us at (312) 362-5551 to schedule a meeting at our Loop campus.

Transfer Information Sessions

Learn about academic programs, the transfer admission process, transfer of credit and scholarship opportunities during these transfer focused admission information and question-and-answer sessions. Following this 45-minute presentation you will also have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with an admission counselor. Accelerated Admission Days

During Accelerated Admission Days you will find out about academics, student life and opportunities for success at DePaul as a transfer student. In addition, an admission counselor will review your application and give you an admission decision before you leave. You will need to bring official transcripts in a sealed envelope from all colleges or universities you have attended. If you have less than 30 semester (44 quarter) hours of transferable credit, you must also bring your high school transcript and ACT/SAT scores. Adult Information Sessions
Learn about Adult/Adult Transfer options, academic programs, the admission process, transfer of credit and the possibility of earning credit for life experience during these structured adult information and question-and-answer sessions. We have multiple programs for adult students (24 and older) interested in our traditional, accelerated degree completion majors, and competence-based tracks for adults.
