Full-time hours per semester:
  • 12+ for JD Day
     
  • 9+ for JD Evening, Part-Time Day, MLS, and LLM

Half-time hours per semester:

  • 6 - 11 for JD Day
     
  • 6-8 for JD Evening, Part-Time Day, MLS, and LLM 
Less than half-time hours per semester:

5 or less for all programs

Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loan100% minus loan origination fee; A federal loan origination fee is deducted from your loan disbursement before the funds are received and applied to your student account.No disbursement
Federal Direct Grad PLUS Loan: This loan is no longer available to students who begin their program after July 1, 2026.Loan is dependent upon projected hours at the time the offer is accepted. Federal Work-Study: Federal Work-Study funds are not applied to your university account.
